Returns & refunds

We want you to love what you ordered.

## Damaged, faulty or wrong items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, email the email address on our Contact page within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or a full refund. No need to send it back.

## Changed your mind
You can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Email us first for the return address. Return shipping is paid by the buyer, and we refund the item price once it arrives.

## Orders that don't arrive
If your order hasn't arrived 45 days after it shipped, contact us and we'll resend it or refund you in full.

## How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the card or account you paid with, through PayPal or Paystack, usually within 5-10 business days.
